VoIP - Voice over Internet Protocol
Pretty much using your internet connection as a phone. Being able to dail out and talk to people just like you would with a normal phone, but it goes through your computer. Im pretty sure when it first came out it was all free, but now that its gotten popular, most companies charge, and the phone companies dont like the idea of free long distance anywhere in the world. Sounds kinda like other digital media cases
