Bet ya its Silent... other than the Hard drive and PSU (which was not submerged for reasons that should not have to be explained).
My friends and I are temped to do a similar project with some older equipment that isn't worth much just for fun. (the parts will most likely not be used afterwards, just something to do with spare/old parts. it will aslo become a folding machine for as long as the compnents hold up.
