I cannot see how this is innovative at all. It serves no useful purpose and does not cool any better than stock air. As for being silent, AMDlover is 100% correct, you still gotta listen to the PSU and hard drive. Also, building a leak proof case is going to be a nightmare. Tomshardware needs to leave it running for more than 1 day and give updates as to how long it takes for the case to start leaking.

As for overclocking, I doubt that it would be able to handle the temps and without some form of circulation or cooling, it would certainly get too hot. And I won't even get started on the voiding of warranties.....
