No problem..but I'm sure you know copper is quite a bit better than aluminum. Since you are going for max cooling, you should use it instead. Silver is even better, but not worth the price for the small amount of improvement over copper.
Go with the largest radiator, or series of radiators as possible... I once used an A/C evaporator out of a 2000 Accord. It was about 15x10" and about 3.5" thick, my max load temp was ~32C compared to ~42C with my 120x3 radiator I run now. I swapped so I could run the copper blocks without the problems inherent with the bi-metal loop. Good luck and let us know your results!!
