Some more reasoning as to why it won't work:
1) No way for it to dissipate the processor heat. In principle, expecting it to keep it cool is like expecting a heatsink to keep it at room temperature.

2) The Chiller is meant to keep a beverage at room temperature down to 45F, and that beverage does not put off any heat. A CPU puts off heat, and when not cooled gets ridiculously hot very quickly.
