And which "facts" is this "opinion" based on??

Whilst the ThermalRight Ultra 120 eXtreme (note eXtreme) and the Tuniq Tower with the right fan configuration will out perform the Zalman 9700NT that hardly makes the 9700 mediocre. My 9700NT keeps my 3.0GHz Q6600 at 32°C idle and 49°C load
List in order of cooling efficiency: (does not take into account extra cost of fans etc to achieve top result)

1/. ThermalRight Ultra 120 eXtreme
2/. Tuniq Tower
3/. Zalman 9700NT

@ OP, there are plenty of comparison reviews on the net, Google a couple and have a read
