Well, than add some MCH for sure.
I am not so sure about GA-P45 yet, but GA-P35 and crucial did not play well together.
I see you say MCH on AUTO, as well as the rest.... That is likely a major part of the issue. You are going to need to manually adjust your CPU voltage for sure, I'd suggest start high and then lower and test until it fails then raise back up again. 1.35 or so should be plenty high for only 400FSB
Try this for 3.6 @ 400 FSB with ram at 1000 for now >>>>
