That or it is too much voltage causing instability. People often jump to adding more voltage to try to get things working...... Which it sometimes does.
And sometimes does even if it was not the issue, which then leads to way to much being used and gives the a user false sense of "That fixed it, by adding more volts"
I said 1.325-1.35 as a range to for sure work down from as I have not used or read much on this CPU. Sounds like from your post that he should be using 1.3 or less, likely less
