Do you mean lights came on yout graphics card that normally do not? If so please read the manual for your card and see what that means. Some mean different things Is why I ask.

Sometimes one or both of the power connections to the card are loose, or it could mean something else all together. Please check with the card's manual

Sounds to me like you could either be having a PSU issue, or some settings may be off in your BIOS. Does that PSU have enough amps on the 12V Rail for your GFX Card? Can you please post me your MIT Settings into this template so I can see if all looks OK
