Just to add to your fan advice Lsdmeasap, the front fan should be intake and the back fan exhaust. Also, don't look for any ordinary 120mm fan. Try and get one with a decent CFM and rpm.

High rpm isn't everything. CFM is what matters as that is what determines the amount of air the fan moves. Keep in mind though, the higher the CFM, the noisier the fan will be.
