Exclamation First question , help newbie about DRam question

I have spent hoours trying to get answers by searchiong but finally I wish someone can answer my question


I have an inspiron 700m Dell laptop

I had 256MB pc2700s ram

I have got 2 512 rams


Now on my info page

Intel R pentium R M processor 1.6 GHZ

221 MHZ , 0.98 GB of RAm

This red number is my problem , before the upgrade it used to be 598 MHZ and when i took one 512 off and put a old 256 i got higher value.

What is that mean

I searched so I found ppl talking about CPUZ program so I got it and here is the report.

Also after i run cpuz and go back to check my comoputer info i get the value higher as 598
