ES Mushkin should have a silver heatsink but I see you are not in the US So they may not follow that rule, and they are the Suggested Non Overclocking sticks, sure they will a bit but just wanted to let you know they are the lower end of the sets by Mushkin

P45 is very tricky when it comes to memory and MCH Settings, and they often need to be adjusted for 2x2GB

Please give me your full settings you are trying that fail and I will advise back >>>
