Well, this being the law, I wouldn't know about not having
any leg to stand on. But it does certainly seem that Unicorn has no grounds to go after Mvix USA in the USA. Perhaps Mvix USA is locked out of the South Korean (or other Asian?) market?
Speaking strictly as a potential US user, I could live with that.
You wouldn't happen to know anything about this new manufacturer who makes the Ultio, would you? (Just curious ... )
