I second that - the first time I mounted my cooler I thought it was properly mounted but it wasn't. Check the temperatures in your BIOS to confirm the CPU isn't running more than 40-45C.

If that's okay, I suspect the ram. What is your RAM part number? (see the example in my sig, I also have OCZ ram)

Also what BIOS version are you running?
