Sorry Joesoft Since you do not have (G)MCH Voltage control (= Northbridge Voltage Control) you may always have issues with more than 2GB of ram because you cannot raise that.
You could try this.
DDR2 OverVoltage Control : Normal change to manual set to +0.2-+0.3
FSB OverVoltage Control : (= vtt) Normal change to manual set to Set +0.1-0.2 for stability
FSB DeOverVoltage Control : Normal
CPU GTLREFVolatge Ratio : 0.67
CPU Voltage : Normal
