Mouse and keyboard failure

My computer is now overclocked to x11, FSB 200. No Volt Inc. When I boot or reboot it won´t find the mouse and keyboard. This means I will have to reset the computer because Alt-Ctrl-Del dosn´t work (the keyboard is not detected). When I use the reset it will then detect mouse and keyboard and everything works just fine after that.

Now, do you guys think this is a OC problem or is it something wrong with BIOS or mobo? Have you had the same problem?

A few hardware details would be nice but likely the overclock without a voltage increase could be the prob and raisin' the core voltage by 0.1v will soon tell if that's the prob or just the overclock itself.
