What is the best FREE Anti-spyware out there?

I am looking for some free anti-spyware/maliousware programs. I have the free AVG one and I purchased Fix-It 8.0. My kids are always on My Space and iTunes and they both seem to screw-up my computer and make it very slow and unresponsive. Any help here would be appreciated. Thanks.

Only one I've used is malwarebytes its not free though,another is spyware doctor I don't know any free ones but a search on Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com should find you some free programs,just read reviews and choose they best ones

MalwareBytes is free man, and it's very good as you mention.

Here is MalwareBytes, and Spybot Search and Destroy (Don't install System Tea Timer - just the Internet one)

When you open MalwareBytes the first time to update it before using, or any that you plan to update it, right click and run as Admin or it will give you an error on updating

I've used Avast Anti-Virus with excellent results for over three years.
AVG was pretty good, Avast is better and much faster.
I also manually run MalwareBytes once a week.
I used to manually run Spybot Search and Destroy, but it never found and problems. I don't have any kids ;)

Does your system have a small (60GB) SSD as your boot drive?
