Popping a new CPU in my older mobo

Hey all,

Could anyone tell me if this CPU:
Newegg.com - AMD Athlon II X3 450 Rana 3.2GHz 3 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core Desktop Processor ADX450WFGMBOX

would work in this motherboard:
ASRock > Products > ALiveNF6G-VSTA

I know I won't get HT 3, but I'd like a CPU boost over my Athlon 64 X2 4200 2.2GHz.

It's not on CPU support list so I wouldn't put my money on it.

I'd rather look the supported CPUs and try to find one fast enough from there.
