I do believe the insufficient CPU wattage is the problem. Turning the cpu voltage up will only allow it to get hotter quicker. That does not increase the wattage of the motherboard properly. The cpu voltage is suppose to be a maximum of 1.3v and is running already a little over that specification. Raising it more will not help.
Please let us know how it turns out.

I now believe you have the 125Watt version.
You may want to check to see which you have. It should have the part number on top of the cpu and somewhere on the box.

A good aftermarket CPU fan would help. I also know of a program that will allow you to decrease the CPU voltage in Windows. This helps decrease the temperature as well. I believe your BIOS will allow you to adjust the voltage up, but I don't believe it will allow you adjust it down. If you decide you would like to try lowering CPU VID or voltage to 1.3v the program is ↓Phenom MSR Tweaker↓. It is below. Forgot to say that i get critical kernel-power event id 41 in event log after crash.

That what it says:The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

So my PSU is cousing this porblem?

I have very big fan on cpu and i can change the speed with a switch on my PC.
So my cpu is almost always cool.

It could be the PSU. I would'nt rule that out.
I noticed a hot cpu core max 50°C on all cores. You may want to look at cpuz → CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting
and compair with mine or other AMD Phenom 9950 be's.

I believe the cores are getting a little hot due to that 1.4v cpu overvoltage. If you will try 1.3v or even 1.35v It could make a large difference.

Are you listening to me? i sayd that my cpu is not heating up or overheating.

Im sticking up with PSU problem,becouse psu provides power to pc.And it's power problem (kernel-power 41)

Thanks for the CPUZ image. So the cpu is 1.3Ghz at 1.336v. I wonder what the voltage is at 2.6Ghz? This one is 1.8Ghz at 1.18v At 2.6v it is 1.28v That one was showing 1.4v high. AMD suggest 1.3v max. Please excuse me for bending your ear a little. I just thought you may want to research it a little. Please let us know how it comes out with the new PSU.

Well, there's 2 different types of Phenom x4 9950, 125W and 140W. Also that board is supposed to handle 140W CPUs and both of those Phenom 9950s.

If you have another PSU you could test this build on (loaner from a neighbour/friend perhaps), I recommend trying that. Also you can try remove/change all USB devices you have connected (remove only ones you don't need for computer to start). If you have any extra PCI cards you can test removing them one by one too.

The temperatures/voltages shown in your capture seemed quite okay.

For taking a temperature graph while playing try Everest trial version. Install it and launch system stability test, start a game and play it for a bit, then switch to desktop before your computer hangs and screen capture the temperature curve.
