I contacted friend who know's well in computer.
And he sayd it's 99% PSU problem.
Sticker on PSu says its 500w but it could be 350w-450w that is to low for my pc.
9800gt need an aditional 6pin cable.

Yes the voltage seems okay for a Phenom II 955.The temperatures/voltages shown in your capture seemed quite okay.
