4Core1600Twins-P35D Bios 1.26

Dears,

I'm looking for a BIOS update for my MB ASrock 4Core1600Twins-P35D.
I'm actually working with the v1.20 (last official) but I can't use my CPU E8400 (E0) with it.

I know a version 1.26 was made by PCtreiber... this bios exists or has existed, but unable to found it today...

i've got the message "MAC address are invalid in both CMOS and FLASH" while booting my system. Can I fix it, with upgrading to BIOS 1.26?
