i have thermaltake blacx duet (two drive external bay in one esata)
when i connect the esata with both harddrive installed, the computer stop responding and i got bsod stop 0x0000001e,
but if its only one harddrive connected it work just fine
so does the z68 extreme4 support sata port multiplier (PMP)?

We test Z68 Extreme4 with VANTEC NST D200SU eSATA box which install two HDD plug to eSATA port, system can recognize two HDD normally.
Please kindly refer to below suggestions for testing.
1. Reinstall your HDD and eSATA cable to try.
2. Change another HDD to try.
3. If your eSATA device have USB interface, please kindly install your device to USB port to try.
If the problem still cannot be solved, please kindly refer to below link to contact your local distributor for assistance.

but if its only one harddrive connected (Intel) it work just fine. Marvell port (with PMP?) 2 HD crashed! 1 HD only, ok.
