I had changed the Legacy USB option to UEFI Setup Only. This apparently does not include USB flash drives but only keyboard and mice. Flash drives disappeared as options for booting, instant flash, and print screen.
I tried to print screen from the BIOS after flashing with 1.60. It doesn't appear to see USB flash drives.
Booted into the OS and no problem viewing the drive.
Would someone else check that has flashed?

Dear brulster,
I update Z68 Extreme4 BIOS P1.60 and plug USB flash drive Transcend 16GB and Kingston 4GB, system can recognized two USB flash drive normally under BIOS.
If possible, please kindly plug other USB flash drive to whether the symptom still occur.
If your problem still cannot be solved, please kindly provide your USB flash drive detail model name for me.
If we have the same USB flash drive as yours, we will check again.
Thanks!
Have a nice day

Thanks for checking Emily. When I set Legacy USB to Auto or Enable, I do see the flash drives. When I set Legacy USB to UEFI Setup Only, the flash drives are not present.
UEFI Setup Only must mean keyboard and mouse only.
