Asrock extreme 7 gen 3 UEFI/BIOS wont load

So i'm trying to get into bios and when I spam delete the screen freezes at the first bios screen. I managed to get in once and my cursor was inverted in it's movement.

I've had my pc for a month and I had no problems with this when I built it.

What is going on?
