Does the Asrock Fatal1ty 990 Pro have a logo screen

I am running a AMD Phenom II 965 3.4 BE AM3 CPU in my Fatal1ty board. could this be the reason this board has all kind of issues with shut down and when the pc first starts up i get all kinds of glitches til it hits the starting windows screen.i get instead of where a post screen or a logo screen, i get green static looking lines across my monitor. I have a XFX Radeon HD 6870 that is also new. I did update the BIOS to see if that fixed it and still nothing. Also am i supposed to get a Asrock logo screen when the pc is first turned on? Because if so i dont. Another thing i notice is i get alot of system freezes when i plug in say for instance ,, my Ipod or a flash drive. Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Any other info needed i can provide with no problem just ask... Thanks

dont know much about amd systems,but thats a weird msg of resume system? it should show splash/boot screen with asrock logo then boot into windows,could try removing mb battery for 30mins then load optimized defaults and re enter your bios settings,there is an option in the bios to disable logo on start up? maybe its disabled?

could be cold boot issue too,once pc is warm/hot does it boot up normally?

The Logo/splash screen is the same one as the background inside the uefi/bios, Fatal1ty staring at you in black/red.

Could it be the Instant Boot option?
