Did you try using different keyboards? USB? PS/2?
Have you tried plugging your keyboard into different USB connections?

This includes new system setups and immediately after flashing your bios!!!

From what I've seen in other threads, ASRock response time is about one or two weeks.

yes it is an asrock n68 s board with b.i.o.s 2.10 the keyboard is just a cheap simple fujitsu siemens usb keyboard
