From page 45 in your motherboard user manual:

USB Controller Use this item to enable or disable the use of USB controller.
USB 2.0 Support Use this item to enable or disable the USB 2.0 support.
Legacy USB Support Use this option to select legacy support for USB devices.
There are four configuration options: [Enabled], [Auto], [Disabled] and [BIOS Setup Only].
The default value is [BIOS Setup Only]. Please refer to below descriptions for the details of these four options:
    • [Enabled] - Enables support for legacy USB.
    • [Auto] - Enables legacy support if USB devices are connected.
    • [Disabled] - USB devices are not allowed to use under legacy OS and BIOS
setup when [Disabled] is selected. If you have USB compatibility issue, it is
recommended to select [Disabled] to enter OS.
    • [BIOS Setup Only] - USB devices are allowed to use only under BIOS setup.

You will probably need to use the Enabled or Auto setting.
If this doesn't help, plug your keyboard into a different USB port or test with a different USB keyboard.

Let us know if this fixes the problem.

You need to clear your cmos.

From page 17 in your mobo user manual:

Note: CLRCMOS1 allows you to clear the data in CMOS. The data in CMOS includes
system setup information such as system password, date, time, and system
setup parameters. To clear and reset the system parameters to default setup,
please turn off the computer and unplug the power cord from the power
supply. After waiting for 15 seconds, use a jumper cap to short pin2 and pin3
on CLRCMOS1 for 5 seconds. However, please do not clear the CMOS right
after you update the BIOS. If you need to clear the CMOS when you just finish
updating the BIOS, you must boot up the system first, and then shut it down
before you do the clear-CMOS action.

Page 10 shows where the CLRCMOS jumper pins are located on your motherboard.
    Don't disable legacy USB support

Page 39 in your user manual in the ACPI section shows:

    PS/2 Keyboard Power On
Use this item to enable or disable PS/2 keyboard to turn on the system from the power-soft-off mode.

This should probably be set to Disabled if you aren't using a ps/2 keyboard.

I don't see any bios options where you can avoid or ignore keyboard errors when booting.

Can you borrow a ps/2 or USB keyboard to test with?
If not, buy another keyboard to test with as long as you can return the new keyboard if it doesn't help.
Can you post a picture of your boot screen that shows the F1 keyboard message?

You can send a private message to ASRock TSD - Emily and ask her to look at this thread.
Be sure to include a link to this thread.

The best way is to use a digital camera to take a picture of your boot/post screen that shows the F1 keyboard error message and to save the picture to your system so that you can use the ATTACHMENTS option in the advanced post editing window to upload the picture as an attachment to a post.

Another option is to write down the exact text of the message on the screen and to tell us exactly what your screen looks like, for example is it a splash screen with an image or does the screen have a lot of additional information.

    I'm glad to help out.
Right now your computer is my patient and I have a fair amount of patience.
