Default H61M works fine, but on restart goes into bios

This is a new build for my HTPC.

For the most part it seems to work flawlessly, except when I reboot (or windows does in the middle of the night). When rebooted it goes into bios every time.

Infact if I save and exit changes it boots back into bios, only if I discard changes and exit will it boot up.

I flashed the latest bios on when I received the board. I think a new bios came out 4/10, I'll load that up in just a minute, but I was wondering if anyone else had run across the behavior and what might be tripping it.

So the latest 2.1 bios seems to have fixed this issue.
