ASrock A75 PRO4 dr. Debug code error 0d

Hi there I recently bought these parts:

4gb 2x2 g.skill ram
A4-3300 Apu
HD radeon6450
ASrock A75 FM1 (first mobo)
ASrock A75 Pro4 (current mobo)

I rma'd the first
Board because I didn't get it to post. No signal from any ports and no signal with external gpu as well. I checked the ram and gpu on a different board and it works.

I got the a75 pro4 next and the same thing. No signal. I'm getting the error code 0d, and when I had a UBS keyboard plugged in I get error code 99.


I check the FAQ on ASrock website and found out that it means "without VGA card". Not sure what that means. On the manual it says " Reserved for future AMI SEC error". Is it the CPU or mobo? Can anyone help please I don't want another RMA :(. I checked the CPU and I don't see any bent pins. Thanks!

Dear Roxas2030,

Please kindly refer to below suggestions for testing.
1. Clear CMOS to try first.
2. Only install a stick memory to check whether system boot.
3. Remove all USB devices to check whether system work.
4. Re-install CPU and memory to try.
