RAM isn't recognized correctly after bios update to 3.10 (Asrock p67 pro3)

No fix for me so far. Asrock support is completely ignoring me, no answer from them.
Is see someone with asus has this problem:

just updated my P8Z68-V/Gen3 to the latest BIOS (3304)

long story short, filled out an RMA form and waiting for response so I can send this piece of garbage back to ASUS

flash went fine. once it finished, it didn't POST. finally figured out that it was my RAM (had zero issues with the memory on the original bios). it's only detecting 8 GB (2 dimms) of my 16GB, and not allowing me to adjust the speed on the memory either. if I try to change the memory to anything except 1066 (the memory is DDR3-2000 XMS3), NO POST.

also, it completely removed CPU Ratio adjustment (cannot adjust CPU ratio under CPU settings/configuration, if I change it from Auto to my previous OC (48x), it defaults back to 34.

CPU Ratio has disappeared on the AI tweaker page) after selecting XMP or Manual for the OC option.

Fxck man, it looks like this is an dead end....

We should start betting about when a new bios that fix the problem
is going to be released....

IF they are aware that problem is there, obviously...

Are the engineers confident that thr Intel Bios part can be erased/reprogrammed again with the previous Intel firmware ?

I have the exactly the same issue, B2 motherboard, 2 of the 4 modules of RAM not recognized, no overclocking at all...

Contacted ASRock technical support regarding the matter, I suggest everyone else affected by this issue to do so too so that we can get as much attention to the problem as possible.

I´ve noticed there is a new bios on asrock website dated 23.05.2012
almost all the mobos bios had been updated....

Have any of you given it a go?
Its stated after 3.10 (same revision as the previous one wtf?) but it comes with a win flasher, instead of
the annoying automatic flasher from the bios.

In the meantime, Im waiting for Emily to send me a "special bios" to
my email so that I can go back to 1.90....whos knows it might
solve the problem as well...

I dont know which way take. Any kind soul is willing to test anything before I
find another cul de sac? :D

I wonder if it still requires two reboots as the pop up says, which is from the first update. The instructions for the new versions are completely different, yet the pop up is still there.
