please help! updated bios on my n68 s board now it won't boot up into windows 7

hey guys i have just updated the bios for my n68 s board because i noticed it was really out of date and i was hoping this would help with some on the problems i have been having it was at bios version 1.50 and i updated to 1.60 was going to do them all but no when i try to boot up into my os i am getting

error: unknown filesystem
grub rescue>

please help guys really can't lose my files mainly setting files from certain software and its also doesn't seem to be letting me
even boot from my windows disc cause i seen it can maybe be solved with that?..
