Try to remove all USB devices that are connected.
When I first start my computer "Bios Splash Screen" stays on for about 20 seconds. Then it loads windows.
When I press tab this is the text I see.

AFTER 20 seconds....the following text loads very fast and the windows splash screen comes up.

Total Memory: 8126MB
Press F2 or DEL to run Setup
Press F11 for Boot Menu
Detected ATA/ATAPI Devices...

The text above takes less than 1 second to load.
Does anyone have ANY idea what would cause bios to hang like that?
Try to remove all USB devices that are connected.
Tried that, didn't work. I even disabled Legacy USB support, still the long load time.
Perform CLR CMOS.
Tested it out, didn't work as well.
:( Appreciate the ideas though.
