Cooler problem

I got this serious problem with my GS3-N68 motherboard

When I made my computer, the BIOS had a bad configuration, it only identified around 25% of my total CPU capacity and although the processor was slow, the noise the cooler made was stable, but today I changed the voltage and it used the total 3,4GHz, but, as it used 100% of the CPU capacity, the temperature rised up pretty fast and the cooler started to sound like an aspirator and the only way I got around it was on the ASRock software, where I changed the Target CPU fan speed to 5, but it keeps overheating and starts to make some giant noise, is there a way to change it on the BIOS?

What is the brand and model number of your cpu cooler and heatsink fan?
It sounds like your cpu cooler is not properly installed and you might have used too little or too much thermal interface material (TIM).

If you are using a heatsink that mounts to your motherboard with 4 push pins, there is a good chance that one or more of the push pin mounts is not fully seated. You can test this by gently rocking the heatsink side to side in several directions to see if any of the push pins are loose.

well thanks alot but that has nothing to do with the processor itself actually, the BIOS had a function with thermal controls and there was an option to choose how fast the cooler system I want to work

I was kinda desperate but after few hours I found it :D
