Will this RAM work for my Asrock G41M R2.0

I have a Laptop Ram installed on my MOBO (Kingston 4 GB DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM). Or at least that's whay I have been told. So I want to upgrade to a decent 8GB RAM. I found an interesting offer at amazon :

Komputerbay 8GB (2x 4GB) DDR3 SODIMM (204 pin) 1333Mhz PC3

What do you think, will it work okay?

Answering my own question, that Komputerbay RAM is SODIMM which means it's only for laptops/ notebooks. It's smaller, cheaper and works only in 204pin socket. My motherboard requires DIMM memory of 240pin. I was lucky to find the same memory I have on-board to avoid incompatibility or whatever.
