Illegal Patitons

Trying to fire up my Asrock x79 extreme9 for the first time but I keep receiving "Illegal partitons table 01 - section 0". Tried various forms of swearing and have run out of ideas. Does anyone have any ideas??

Please provide some more info about your rig such as CPU type (Sandy Bridge or Ivy Bridge), memory, and basically a condensed list of the rest of your hardware. Without any details to work worth any advice would be pure guesswork like reading "tea leaves"
