Asrock AD2700-ITX Problems

Hi there !

Ive got me an ASRock AD2700-ITX which is ment to be used as a media player for my tv since this MB should be able to handle Blu-Ray, but i just cannt get the videos from network or even youtube running without delay. Tried to install the latest drivers and so on but still the same, only videos loaded direktly from the internal HDD work now.

Here the Hardware details:

Mainboard :
ASRock AD2700-ITX Sockel BGA559 Mainboard (mini-ITX, Intel NM10 Express, 2x DDR3 Speicher, DVI-D, HDMI, 2x SATA II, 2x USB 3.0)
Ram:
Kingston CL7 SO-DIMM Arbeitsspeicher 4GB (1066 MHz, 204-polig) DDR3-RAM
HDD:
WD Scorpio Blue WD3200BPVT
OS:
Win 7

Anyone may have an idea what to do ?
