Z68 Fatality Pro Gen3 SLOWWWWWWW USB transfer rate 13kb/sec

I am having some terribly slow USB transfer rates when transfering files either to or from a USB flash drive. I have tried several different USB flash drives and i still only get about 13kb/sec transfer rates. I have tried every single USB port on my motherboard, USB2 and USB3 all the same. And I have tried USB2 flash drives and USB3 flash drives. I installed new USB 3.0 drivers from asrocks site and it didnt make any difference at all. Am I missing some driver i should have? anyone advice on this would be greatly appreciated..its getting very frustrating.

What are the brand and model numbers of every usb device connected to your system? (excluding usb drives)

Razer Naga mouse model# RZ01-0028 , Ideazon Merc Keyboard model# KU-0453, Plantronics Gamecon777 headset. those are the only USB devices i EVER have plugged in besides a flash drive sometimes.

What are you using to measure or monitor the USB speed transfer? That box in Windows that pops up when a long transfer of some kind is being done?

Did you check Device Manager, the USB Controller section? Expand that entry and see if you have any problems, flagged with a yellow '!' on the problem device. I would check each entry, in the Details tab, looking for the DevNode Status. If the USB device properties has an Advanced tab, click on that to check the used and available bandwidth on that USB hub, as well as the power being used. Do this with all your USB devices connected to the PC, and using power. You can verify the driver being used there too. Spend some time looking at each USB device entry in the list

Does your board support the ASR XFast USB software? If so, try it, although it is somewhat annoying.

Yea, the windows pop up box is how I was monitoring the xfer rates, and yea the board does have xfast and i tried it. got about 500kb/sec xfer but thats still pretty slow for what USB2 and USB3 should be, isn't it? I will check all the USB controllers and let you know what I find. Thanks

See if removing your usb headset has any effect on usb transfer rates.

Hope these pics work here is a pic of my device manager, no problems but does everything look alright? and here is a pic of one of the generic hubs advanced tabs only 14% BW?, the other one looks exactly the same only no device plugged in. The only other ones with advanced tabs are the Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controllers which both have 20% system reserved BW, and only one of them has a device plugged in and its using 1% Bandwidth...definitely does not look right.

OH, and removing the headset didn't change the xfer speeds at all.
