    Default AsRock Fast Lan popup

Just built a new system with a P67 Extreme 4 Gen.3 Motherboard. How can I remove The AsRock Fast Lan box from the desk top?

Click on the icon in the quick launch bar and select 'close windows'.
I'm new to Asrock and this worked for me last night.
    Cheers,

Can we have a real answer to this annoyance. I uninstalled the program until I find a fix.

Paul_Mac is right, and what other possible way could you accomplish what you want to happen? You install and (auto) run software, its UI appears until you end the UI process.

IF you can find a setting in XFast LAN's configuration settings that will keep the UI from running, that's all you could do.

    OK. I'm severely confused now.

malmal, do you even make use of XFast LAN?

If you're going to stop the XFast(cFos) "service' , you may as well just leave it uninstalled.

I am going to leave it uninstalled. At least until I have everything running right.
Xfast has a configuration page that I know nothing about.
I wont run a unknown program that possibly will degrade or take down my network.
    Thanks for the replies. :)
