Did you do an out of the box(case) post with this using only the PSU, mother board, CPU and minimum amount of RAM?

New Z77 build. No video. No boot. I can't see the BIOS.
I put together a gaming PC for a friend with all new components. When I powered it up the fans turn on but I have no video (using on board HDMI). Not sure where it is on the boot process. There is a LED status indicator on the board that is used to post codes but that is blank as well.Cleared the CMOS but that didn't help as well. What should do next besides getting packing tape?

I found the problem. There was a serpent connector that gets connected as one on the the MB. It was the two *12v ATX connectors that needed to be plugged in. Everything is fine now
