A75 Extreme6 mobo - no video, LED blinks 00

This is with all new components just ordered from NewEgg. The Quick Installation Guide that came with the mobo says 00 is 'not used'. Do I have a defective motherboard? Any suggestions on what/where to check?

BIOS is P1.90-15B.

The other components:
COOLER MASTER Elite 361 case
G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 1333
AMD A4-3400 CPU w/stock fan/heat sink
Rosewill RC-404 pci ethernet x1
2 x EnGenius EPI-3601S 802.11g Ultra Long Range Wireless PCI Adapters
SeaSonic SS-300ET Bronze 300W ATX12V V2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

Well, I can mark this down as resolved. I hadn't connected the 4-pin power supply. Odd that the connector is on the other side of the motherboard. There is more tension than I would like on the wires to make the connection. But I am now in the BIOS!
