ASRock H61M/U3S3 motherboard no video detection

Asrock H61M/U3S3 motherboard
8GB A-RAM 1333 DDR3
Nvidia 550ti graphic card
Sound Blaster SB24 live sound card
1TB seagate hard drive
500W Enermax PSU (Brand new)
Win7 64bit

The problem i'm having is no video signal detection; neither the onboard graphics or the card are detected, makes no difference whether vga or dvi cables are used the monitor goes into sleep mode. Got to the bios screen once yesterday and nothing since. All plugs are in, everything else is working.....

An update on this problem.

Cleared the cmos and the boot screen came up, unable to get into any of the settings as the keyboard is not recognized although the mouse is, makes no difference which usb port the keyboard goes into the computer will not recognize it. On top of this, the only way I can see the boot screen to clear the cmos before turning the power on.
