After upgrading my P67 Pro3 to the beta L2.11H bios I can no longer overclock, and the max multiplier is 37 (using a 2500k unlocked CPU)

The page for this bios (ASRock > Products > Motherboard > P67 Pro3 > Download) specifically mentions "For Sandy bridge CPU BIOS.", and does not mention that you cant downgrade.

So I tried downgrading back to 2.00 but the problem persists. As part of the above upgrade the Intel ME firmware was upgraded too.

Is there a way to fix this? How can I flash an old bios with the older ME firmware included?
