Best Memory for ASRock Z77 Extreme9

Hello all

I am new here, and a new customer to ASRock. And I have decided to build me a new gaming system using ASRock's new Z77 Extreme9 motherboard, and Intel i7 3770K. I already have everything ordered but still looking for the absolute best (fastest) RAM I can get for this board. I have been trying to find the QVL for supported RAM but did not see it in the DL section for the board at ASRocks website. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or a link to the QVL.
