Is that the GBSR2 low voltage memory that is in the memory QVL list for your board? Did you select the XMP profile, or set the memory manually?
I bought a Z77 Extreme4 with a 3570K a few months ago and my G.Skill Sniper Low Voltage 1600 memory will not work at 1.25v, instead I have to bring it up to 1.40v. Its not a major issue, but why is this?

From what I've read, some boards need to provide more voltage than the 1.25 to run that memory. I don't recall what my extreme4 ran it at, but my sabertooth ran it at 1.25. However, my Asus P8H77V runs it at 1.50, it will not run at anything less on that particular board.
