Four days ago I posted a thread entitled "New build gives six beeps, won't POST". There hasn't been any response yet to that thread by Asrock support. At around the same time I logged a support request through the Asrock web site. I received an acknowledgement that the request had been received and was told that they would have technical support contact me soon. I'm still waiting.
I would like to make it known that both Emily (the Asrock spport person) and Asrock Technical support have both now offered steps to try to determine the cause of the problem.
