But if there is no problems with your present bios i would recommend NOT updating the bios as it can cause more problems than enough sometimes.
I have the P67 Extreme6 motherboard (with B3 revision) and need a bios flash update higher than "P1.60" but there is no bios updates as the ASrock website.

soundesciple is right, the new BIOS versions that support Ivy Bridge CPUs on Intel 6-series chipset boards can cause problems when used with Sandy Bridge CPUs. Newer is not always better...
