E350M1 CPU combo board No Video

Bought a E350M1 Motherboard, from newegg by ASRock.
Hooked it up and couldn't get video display.
Tryed every componant of the computer to find no issues.
Not finding a solution, the only valid reason would be a deffective motherboard, so
I got a replacement on it and waited a few weeks for the new one.

Then the new board came and all problems are the same, no video at all.

Has anyone had this board and issue, then found a way to fix it?

How are you connecting your monitor to the board, D-Sub, DVI, or HDMI port?
