G41M VS3 R2.0 Pentium Dual Core E5300 Multiplier stuck at 8

I know this is old stuff for most of you but I still use.New G41M VS3 R2.0 With Pentium Dual CoreE5300. Multiplier stuck at 8. According to Intel multiplier should be 13.What is going on?

Sorry to say, but your post is only a bit better than someone saying, "... my CPU is broken, what's wrong?"

The multiplier is stuck where, in the BIOS, in a hardware monitor display, or what? How do you know it is stuck, what seems to tell you that?

Sorry if I was short on info. It is stuck in BIOS. BIOS version 1.80 It is stuck because I am unable to change the setting.
