The N68C-S UCC (which I have) has 4 DIMM slots - 2 for DDR2 and 2 for DDR3.
The N68-S UCC (which you have) only has 2 DIMM slots - both DDR2.
Both boards only support 95W CPUs so overclocking is limited.

Could anyone tell me if this will work on this mobo Asrock N68 S-UCC with a AM2+ Athlon 64 x2 procie which has been unlocked to Phenom Fx 5000+ which I'm planning to use a DDR3 dim. Your valuable inputs and response to this thread will be much appreciated. Thank you.
