The SPD tab of CPUz just shows the various speeds and timings that are programmed into the SPD data area of your memory. The main one you see at the top of the CPUz screenshot is the default memory speed. You can see the XMP settings on the lower right.
If you check the memory tab, you'll see what speed your memory is currently running at. You don't see that in the SPD tab.
The MaxxMEM screenshot seems to reflect what speed your memory is currently running at, but we still don't know what that is.
